The Most Common Mistakes

  1. Improperly made collection of dry blood sample:
  • Insufficiently absorbed paper
  • Blurred drop
  • Dirty surface of the paper by unknown solution
  1. Late dispatch of samples with the Protocol
  2. Incorrectly filled in Protocol
  3. Missing newborn notes
  4. Missing data of PLDD
  5. Unknown abbreviations added to notes
