Dear Parents,

The admission of the patient is realized via Internal outpatients department, or via other specialized dept. If your child is going to be hospitalized, it is important for you to be informed about the labor organization and health care in the hospital providing the medical help to your children, as well as to you personally.

Therefore it is important to:

• communicate with the stuff everything that is not clear to you or you do not understand
• feel free to talk about your needs and requests
• if facing a problem, ask the stuff – physicians, nurses or the other health-care operatives – for help

 What do you need for hospitalization:

• Preoperative examination - please ask your pediater physician to fullfill the Questionire before anesthesia
• ID card
• Insurance Company card
• recommendation of the pediatric physician with the preliminary report or the health records and the results of the preoperative examination
• hygiene
• cutlery and glass
• pajamas, bathrobe and slippers
• medication or medical tools that child regularly uses at home
• favorite toy

Do not take to hospital (our recommendation):

• large amounts of money
• valuables - jewelry, …..
