- Insufficiently absorbed paper
- Blurred drop
- Dirty surface of the paper by unknown solution
- Late dispatch of samples with the Protocol
- Incorrectly filled in Protocol
- Missing newborn notes
- Missing data of PLDD
- Unknown abbreviations added to notes
- Incorrect date of the second collection (same as the date of the first collection)
