  1. Doctor informs patient and his family of release or transfer to other specialized workplace.
  2. Accompanying persons is given the release report by the attending physician or a doctor on duty, with information on how to proceed (recommended checks, prescribed medication and medical tools, nursing care).
  3. After release, the accompanying person must report on the general pediatric practitioner within 3 days with the release report.
  4. On the date of release, the accompanying person will pay for hospitalization service (accommodation, meals) at the cash-desk on the first floor (door No. 143).
  5. According to the patient's condition and diagnosis, the doctor may (on the basis of indicative criteria imposed by the law) decide for emergency vehicle transport.
  6. On release, the accompanying person the opportunity to express its opinion on provided care via anonymous questionnaire. Completed questionnaires should be placed in mailbox located at the department.
