- Doctor informs patient and his family of release or transfer to other specialized workplace.
- Accompanying persons is given the release report by the attending physician or a doctor on duty, with information on how to proceed (recommended checks, prescribed medication and medical tools, nursing care).
- After release, the accompanying person must report on the general pediatric practitioner within 3 days with the release report.
- On the date of release, the accompanying person will pay for hospitalization service (accommodation, meals) at the cash-desk on the first floor (door No. 143).
- According to the patient's condition and diagnosis, the doctor may (on the basis of indicative criteria imposed by the law) decide for emergency vehicle transport.
- On release, the accompanying person the opportunity to express its opinion on provided care via anonymous questionnaire. Completed questionnaires should be placed in mailbox located at the department.
